Scope of work
Every engagement is governed by a written proposal listing exactly what is included and excluded. Anything outside that document is a new quote, not an assumed inclusion.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, fifty percent is payable in advance and the balance on delivery and handover. All fees are exclusive of GST.
Client-supplied material
You provide product photos, copy, logos and brand assets unless a content or photography add-on has been purchased. Timelines assume these arrive on schedule.
Third-party costs
Platform subscriptions, domains, theme licences, apps and payment-gateway fees are billed by those providers directly to you and are not included in our fees.
Revisions and timelines
The number of revision rounds is stated in your proposal. Delivery estimates are made in good faith and depend on timely feedback and asset delivery.
Results
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales. We guarantee the scope of work described in your proposal, delivered to a professional standard.
Ownership
On final payment, the storefront, designs and custom code we produce for you are yours. We may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
