What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, contact details, brand name and whatever you tell us about your project. Our site also records standard analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a scope and quote, and to understand which parts of this site are useful. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who can see it
The Hitt Labs team, and the service providers that host our site, email and analytics. Each is bound to handle your data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Write to hello@hittlabs.com to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to opt out of any communication.
Cookies
We use only what is needed to run the site and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
